Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on AdxEasy, including the AdxEasy RM29.90 DIY Listing Plan, RM999 Assisted Listing Plan, and any other digital listing-related services offered through our website.
AdxEasy provides digital business listing access and online visibility support. As our services involve digital access, listing setup, account processing, and online platform usage, refunds are subject to the plan purchased and the service status at the time of request.
RM29.90 DIY Listing Plan
The AdxEasy RM29.90 DIY Listing Plan is non-refundable once payment has been completed.
By purchasing this plan, you understand that access to the listing platform, account creation, or listing submission process may begin immediately after payment. Because this is a digital service, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for this plan.
RM999 Assisted Listing Plan
The AdxEasy RM999 Assisted Listing Plan may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount, subject to review and approval by our team.
A 50% refund may be considered if the request is made before the full assisted listing setup, content preparation, listing optimisation, or publishing work has been completed.
Once the listing has been fully prepared, optimised, published, or delivered to the customer, the RM999 Assisted Listing Plan will no longer be eligible for refund.
The remaining 50% is non-refundable as it covers administrative processing, consultation, account setup, initial listing work, content preparation, platform handling, and other service-related work already carried out by AdxEasy.
Refund Request Conditions
To request a refund for the RM999 Assisted Listing Plan, customers must contact us with their order details, proof of payment, and reason for the refund request.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and depends on the progress of the service at the time of request.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, lack of response from the customer, or failure to provide required business details for the listing setup.
Incorrect Purchase or Payment Issue
If you believe there was a duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or technical payment issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and proof of payment.
We will review the matter and assist accordingly. Approval of any payment adjustment is subject to our review.
Plan Changes or Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade from the RM29.90 DIY Listing Plan to the RM999 Assisted Listing Plan, please contact our support team. Any upgrade request may require payment of the price difference and is subject to our current pricing and service availability.
